Industrial Cleaning Specialist
Description
As an Industrial Cleaning Specialist, you are the subject matter expert who supports the clean, safe, and reliable operation of the factory. You work with professional cleaning techniques in an industrial environment and liaise closely with operators, technicians, and HSE. You identify opportunities for improvement, make concrete proposals, and help implement them to raise the level of industrial cleaning.
Job requirements
- Several years of experience in industrial cleaning; motivation and drive are also appreciated.
- In possession of VCA Basic or willing to obtain it.
- Willing to work with breathing apparatus (training possible) and no objection to confined spaces.
- Good physical condition and an eye for detail and safety.
- Independent and responsible, and at the same time a true team player.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
Tasks
- Cleaning of reactors, tanks, and process installations.
- Performing high-pressure, foam, and chemical cleaning.
- Working in confined spaces using (independent) breathing apparatus.
- Keeping floors, machines, and workplaces clean.
- Inspecting and lightly maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Identifying and reporting deviations and unsafe situations.
- Work in accordance with work permits, PPE guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Recording work performed and collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines.
Working conditions
- Permanent employment.
- Location: Farmsum.
- 12% shift allowance for working in 2 shifts.
- 7% pension contribution, of which CIRCTEC pays two-thirds.

Description of the organization
