Description

As an Environmental Project Support Officer, you provide structure and overview within the environmental program. You connect lines of communication, monitor agreements, and ensure that activities run smoothly within the team and with external partners. You work from the Program and Project Support base team, which supports programs and projects for the Province of Groningen.

Job requirements

You are structured, sharp, and proactive, appreciate having an overview, and can set priorities in a dynamic environment. You work meticulously, liaise easily with various parties, and possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Furthermore, you have an MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level. Experience as a project assistant is a plus, and you are proficient with digital systems.

Tasks

  • Supporting project leaders in coordinating activities and maintaining an overview.
  • Scheduling appointments between various parties.
  • Supporting decision-making by initiating the procedure for drafted letters, requests for quotations, and financial obligations.
  • Attending meetings, drafting reports, and maintaining action lists.
  • Co-organizing project communication and meetings, both internal and external.
  • Performing support activities for the Hinderapp.
