Project Manager Installation Technology
Description
The Installation Engineering Project Manager is responsible for the full realization of electrical and/or mechanical installations within non-residential projects and, to a lesser extent, residential construction projects. The role entails ultimate responsibility for projects, with an emphasis on results, quality, and progress. There is a prospect of advancement to Technical Operations Manager.
Job requirements
- Experience as a project leader.
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or installation technology.
- Technical insight and leadership skills.
- Good communicative skills.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
Tasks
- Translating client requirements, specifications, and technical designs into a feasible project plan, including planning, phasing, and risk analysis.
- Managing technicians, site managers, and subcontractors, and coordinating activities on the construction site across various disciplines.
- Monitoring progress, quality, safety, budgets, and contractual agreements, and identifying and resolving deviations.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, construction partners, and internal teams, and lead construction and progress meetings.
- Coordinating delivery, commissioning, and aftercare, including documentation, revisions, and evaluation of projects.
