Work placement in HR (MBO/HBO) on location in Assen. You will gain practical experience within a broad HR field, work with the HR department on multiple projects, and be given significant responsibility.

Tasks
As an HR intern, you will support the department with operational and administrative HR tasks, including:
- Assisting with the organization and processing of performance and evaluation interviews
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes
- Contributing ideas for improving and optimizing HR processes
- Assisting with various HR projects
- Shadowing and conducting interviews together with HR colleagues
