Work experience internship within the Learning and Development team, focused on practical experience in HR and Learning & Development. You will gain insight into processes and learning activities within a fast-growing organization in the energy transition.
Job requirements
- Enrolled in a higher professional education (HBO) or associate degree program in Human Resource Management, Educational Science, Learning & Development in Organisations, or a similar field of study.
- Seeking a third-year internship.

Tasks
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and coordination of training sessions, workshops, educational programs, and events, both internal and external.
- Maintain contact with trainers, participants, and external training partners.
- Processing and managing training data in learning systems and keeping the Skill platform and training administration up to date.
- Assisting with communication regarding training and learning activities.
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of evaluations and feedback from participants.
- Contributing ideas for improvements to learning processes and learning experiences.
- Assisting with various HR and L&D projects.

Description of the organization
The H₂ Academy serves as a knowledge center for hydrogen and develops, organizes, and provides education and learning programs for employees and professionals in the hydrogen sector. The Academy connects the business community with knowledge and educational institutions and contributes to the development and dissemination of hydrogen knowledge. Through practice-oriented education, training, knowledge and innovation programs, and research, it supports the growth of craftsmanship, innovation, and expertise within the sector.
