Description

You will work within the Stroom met Afspraak project in the Groningen region and help business customers manage their electricity consumption more flexibly. In doing so, you contribute to a future-proof electricity grid and to reducing grid congestion.

Job requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience in customer contact, for example in an advisory, commercial, or service-oriented role.
  • Affinity with the energy transition and interest in issues surrounding grid congestion.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Proactive, independent, and accurate work attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.

Tasks

  • Actively approaching existing business customers.
  • Offering flexible energy contracts and explaining the benefits.
  • Guiding customers throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Conducting substantive discussions and translating complexity into understandable advice.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and touchpoints, and carefully record feedback.
