Requires higher professional education (HBO) thinking level and experience in customer contact; relevant for projects against grid congestion.
Description
You will work within the Stroom met Afspraak project in the Groningen region and help business customers manage their electricity consumption more flexibly. In doing so, you contribute to a future-proof electricity grid and to reducing grid congestion.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience in customer contact, for example in an advisory, commercial, or service-oriented role.
- Affinity with the energy transition and interest in issues surrounding grid congestion.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and in a customer-oriented manner.
- Proactive, independent, and accurate work attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
Tasks
- Actively approaching existing business customers.
- Offering flexible energy contracts and explaining the benefits.
- Guiding customers throughout the entire customer journey.
- Conducting substantive discussions and translating complexity into understandable advice.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and touchpoints, and carefully record feedback.
- Collaborating with fellow customer advisors, the project team manager, and various internal departments.
- Contribute to the use of customer insights to improve service delivery and develop new solutions.
