Designer / Specification Writer

As a designer/specifications writer, you translate sketch and concept plans into technically feasible designs and specifications, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure by collaborating with project managers, work planners, and execution teams.

• Affinity with infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of contracts or willingness to learn them.
• Strong communication skills, analytical, and accurate.
• Proactive attitude and passion for technology and sustainability.

• Developing sketch and concept plans into technical designs and specifications.
• Drafting specifications and working with various contract forms.
• Ensuring that designs are practically feasible in the field.
• Coordinating with colleagues and clients for a smooth handover to execution.
• Contributing ideas for sustainable and innovative solutions in projects.
• Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance within the organization.
