Leads multidisciplinary team, pilots, and intensive stakeholder management towards scaling up and transfer.
Requirements: Higher professional or university working and thinking level and at least five years of experience as a project or program manager.
Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you are part of the Project and Program Management (P&P) team within Operations, assigned to the Strategy department – Stroomversnellers Program. You are responsible for the realization of the Stroomversnellers N-0 project, aimed at freeing up additional capacity on the electricity grid through the innovative deployment of existing grid capacity. You work in a complex environment with many stakeholders and drive results, collaboration, and change.
Job requirements
- Working and thinking level equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least five years of work experience in the role of project or program manager.
- Demonstrable experience with complex projects or programs.
- Strong leadership and persuasiveness.
- Experience with change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical skills and results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or utilities is a plus.
Tasks
- Leading the Stroomversnellers N-0 project and realizing project goals.
- Managing two workflows: customer-specific application for large consumers and generic application in grid capacity calculations.
- Drafting and implementing an action plan.
- Managing a multidisciplinary project team.
- Initiating and guiding pilots towards scaling up.
- Conduct intensive stakeholder management (board of directors, operations, supervisors).
- Reporting on progress, risks, and results.
- Ensuring successful completion and transfer.
Working conditions
Workshops primarily in Den Bosch, Weert, Zwolle, and Arnhem; presence at the office is generally expected three to four days a week.
