Description of the organization
Zuidema is a close-knit family business, established in Hoogeveen since 1963, active in the Northeast Netherlands in civil engineering, road and water construction, and recycling. We work daily on infrastructure projects with approximately forty colleagues. By working expertly and carefully, we collect, transport, process, and utilize raw materials and residual waste so that a larger proportion of the raw materials is reused. As a result, we limit waste streams and save costs. Craftsmanship and commitment are central; we believe that true craftsmanship is primarily created out in the workshop. Work planners, project managers, and administrative staff handle planning, procurement, safety, and communication, ensuring that execution on the street is well prepared.
