As General Manager, you lead a high-tech manufacturing company of approximately 50 employees and are ultimately responsible for the direction and execution. Together with the Operations Director, you form a compact management team and ensure that strategy and execution are well aligned. The ambition is to double revenue in the next three years, while overseeing commerce, engineering, and production in a coordinated manner.
Job requirements
- Experience with overall responsibility for a business unit, division, or organization.
- Entrepreneurial and visible leader with a strong commercial acumen.
- Higher professional education (HBO+) working and thinking level; analytical and decisive.
- Extensive experience (approximately 15+ years) in a technical, manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an ETO/CTO context, preferably in metalworking or a related industry.
- Ability to manage and further develop commerce, operations, and finance in an integrated manner.
- Hands-on and committed, with demonstrable experience in driving growth.
- Technically proficient and strong in engaging people and stakeholders.
- Presentable and comfortable towards clients, partners, and shareholders; good command of Dutch and English.
