Description

As an ATEX inspector, you conduct inspections and audits at locations with explosive atmospheres and ensure that installations and equipment comply with applicable ATEX directives and standards. You work in a multidisciplinary team, perform other electrical inspections, and advise clients on technical and policy issues and improvements.

Job requirements

  • Completed MBO-4 education in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Holds ATEX certification.
  • In possession of various relevant inspection certifications; additional inspection disciplines are a plus.
  • Residing in the region of Friesland, Groningen, or Drenthe.

Tasks

  • Conducting inspections and audits at locations where explosive atmospheres may occur.
  • Checking and assessing whether installations and equipment comply with applicable ATEX directives and standards.
  • Performing electrical inspections other than ATEX checks.
  • Advising clients on technical and policy issues and proposing improvements.
  • Promoting collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team.
