Description

As a technical employee, you work in a multidisciplinary team on the installation, maintenance, and repair of wellhead equipment. You work primarily onshore in the Netherlands and partly from the workshop, on a rotation schedule together with P&A pre-work teams. Safety is central to the work.

Job requirements

  • Technical secondary vocational education or similar.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience with wellhead equipment.
  • Strong mechanical insight and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in oil & gas (preferably: P&A / well services).
  • Good command of English.
  • Flexibility in working hours and locations.
  • Hands-on mentality and team spirit.
  • Certificates or willingness to obtain them: VCA-VOL, gas measurement & H2S, confined space entry; forklift/aerial work platform and First Aid are a plus; driving licence (truck is a plus).

Tasks

  • Installing and dismantling wellhead equipment (valves, flanges, etc.).
  • Performing maintenance and inspections.
  • Resolving malfunctions and technical problems.
  • Supporting P&A and HWU operations.
  • Securing and venting systems before work.
  • Collaborating with engineers and other specialists in the field.
  • Report on activities and technical status.
  • Working in accordance with safety procedures, conducting risk analyses and inspections, and ensuring that work complies with applicable standards and guidelines.
