Description
For the Kolham location, we are looking for an employee who delivers new installations and products and makes them ready for operation, performs periodic inspections, and provides service on defective or non-functioning systems.
Job requirements
- MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working with an electrical engineering background.
- Experience in commissioning and repairing drive systems.
- Knowledge of power electronics, motor controls, various communication protocols and power quality measurements.
- Analytical skills and the capacity to quickly understand unfamiliar systems.
- Independent, stress-resistant and a responsible work attitude.
- Customer-oriented behavior; you are the face of the systems at the customer.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel worldwide for service and commissioning activities.
Tasks
- Maintaining, repairing and commissioning Marpower products.
- Prepare documentation, schedules, and designs for service project activities.
- Preparing reports after each visit, both for the customer and for internal purposes.
- Providing service and support to customers worldwide.
- Participate in the on-call service (six-weekly cycle) for emergencies and provide remote support.
