Responsible for the management and coordination of insulation projects within the organization.

Job requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a project leader.
  • VCA (VOL).
  • Driving License B.
  • Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.
  • Experience working with technical drawings.
  • Coaching approach, commercial drive, and a relevant network in the industry.

Tasks

  • Work preparation for projects and maintenance, including delineation and planning of activities.
  • Organizing and planning budgets, contracts, materials, and project administration.
  • Managing and coaching the team and ensuring the efficient use of resources and personnel.
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring that projects proceed according to schedule.
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards during execution, in accordance with regulations and internal standards.
  • Managing project administration and contract management, including variations and additional work.
  • Coordination and relationship management with clients regarding planning, costs, quality, and progress.
