Description
Volunteer at one of the seven Estafette recycling shops in Friesland. You support reuse and recycling in the shops and can fill permanent or temporary, part-time positions, such as cashier, pricer, driver, or creative in the field of reuse and styling.
Job requirements
- Almost everyone is welcome, regardless of previous work experience or education.
- Motivation is the most important prerequisite for starting.
- You can start immediately if there are no obstacles.
Tasks
- Working in various departments within the store.
- Performing cashier duties.
- Pricing goods and preparing them for sale.
- Transporting goods as a driver.
- Contribute creatively to the reuse, styling, and redesign of items for sale.
- Contribute to giving items a new life, for example through repair, styling, or presentation.

Estafette is a chain of seven recycling shops in Friesland that passes on goods, talent, and craftsmanship to new generations. Every year, the shops collectively save millions of kilos of waste and reduce CO2 emissions, and offer nearly 400 volunteers and dozens of students opportunities to discover their talents or spend their free time meaningfully.
