As a Maintenance Engineer, you work on sustainable solutions and ensure that installations become safer, more efficient, and more reliable. You work at unique locations in the Heerenveen, Leeuwarden, and Groningen region, experiencing a variety of work between high-tech factories and producers in the food industry.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education in a technical or business field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or Asset Management.
- Analytical and results-oriented.
Tasks
- Developing maintenance concepts and technical policy plans.
- Optimizing maintenance management systems and work processes.
- Analyzing failure data and implementing improvements.
- Translating data and customer requests into concrete solutions and implementing improvements.
- Advising the maintenance team on site and coaching where necessary.
- Increasing the reliability, safety, and cost efficiency of installations.
- Contributing ideas regarding sustainable solutions and long-term strategy.
