Group Controller responsible for group reporting, consolidations, and financial governance.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and at least five years of relevant experience.
You work internationally with teams in multiple European countries.
Description
As Group Controller, you play a key role in the financial management of OG Clean Fuels. You ensure reliable reporting, strong compliance, and insight into the financial performance of our international organization. You work closely with the Manager Finance & Control, the CFO, and colleagues in multiple European countries, switching between strategic issues and operational details.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional or university degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics.
- At least five years of relevant experience in finance, audit, or reporting.
- Experience with group reporting, financial statements, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for quality.
- Experience with process improvement and financial control.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- An affinity for international reporting and collaboration with colleagues in various countries is a plus.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Tasks
- Move between strategic issues and operational details, bring structure, and monitor quality.
- Manage and improve group reporting, consolidations, and closing processes.
- Coordinate compliance, tax issues, and financial reporting.
- Prepare for audits and maintain contact with external accountants.
- Prepare cash flow analyzes and liquidity forecasts.
- Strengthen internal control, governance, and financial processes.
- Support international teams with reporting and financial matters.
- Initiate improvements in systems, processes, and reporting structures.
- Provide support with acquisitions, refinancing, integrations, and international expansions.
