Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in maintenance or process technology.
- Demonstrable experience with maintenance management and project management.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as FMEA and continuous improvement.
- Strong in data analysis and translating it into concrete improvement actions.
- Leadership qualities and experience managing teams.
- Result-oriented, structured, and safety-conscious work attitude.

- Optimizing asset performance based on data analysis and insights.

- Organizing and optimizing corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Analyzing malfunctions and implementing structural improvements.
