Description
As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you are responsible for realizing complex electrical installations within sustainability projects. You oversee the entire project process from design and engineering to realization and delivery, and serve as the point of contact for the client, engineering, and execution.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO+ or HBO education in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology.
- At least three to five years of relevant experience in the electrical installation industry.
- Demonstrable experience with project coordination or leadership duties.
- Knowledge of and experience with sustainable energy solutions, such as solar panels, charging stations, and energy management systems.
- Affinity with sustainability and interest in innovative energy transition projects.
- Strong communication skills and capable of motivating and directing a team.
- Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
Tasks
- Leading and managing electrical engineering projects from design to delivery, including planning, budget monitoring, and quality control.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, such as consultants, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Providing technical advice to clients on electrotechnical and sustainable solutions.
- Drafting project plans, work preparation, and risk analyses.
- Monitoring safety, quality, and compliance with laws and regulations at project sites.
- Act as a link between engineering, execution, and the client.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and project methodologies.
