Description

As a QHSE Coordinator, you are responsible for quality, health and safety, and the environment across multiple operating companies. You are visible at office and project locations, improve internal processes, prepare for audits, and monitor certifications. Drawing on your expertise, you contribute to optimizing working methods and increasing sustainable impact.

Job requirements

  • Completed relevant higher professional education, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Experience with conducting internal audits and preparing reports.
  • Knowledge of, or ambition to develop in, standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, VCA, FSC/PEFC, the CO2 Performance Ladder, and the Safety Culture Ladder.
  • A diploma in Secondary Safety Science is an advantage.
  • Preferably experience within the construction sector and an interest in improvement and change management.
  • Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and analytical attitude, with the ability to bring colleagues along in change.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex subject matter in an understandable way.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other QHSE coordinators and safety experts within the organization.

  • Contribute to more sustainable working practices by collecting and analyzing data for the CO2 Performance Ladder, energy consumption, waste management, and potential environmental nuisance.
  • Supporting colleagues with QHSE issues and ensuring that everyone is aware of new procedures and rules.
  • Drawing up schedules and monitoring the progress of actions arising from certifications.
  • Staying up to date with changes and developments in legislation, regulations, and standards, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, SCL, FSC/PEFC, and VCA.
