Description

As a Contract Manager, you ensure that maintenance contracts contribute effectively to a future-proof electricity grid. You are responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing maintenance contracts and supplier performance.

Job requirements

  • Completed higher professional education, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Experience with contract management within infrastructure, engineering, or asset management.
  • Experience with (European) tenders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee complex interests.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.

Tasks

  • Translating maintenance concepts and policy into concrete contractual agreements and requirements specifications.
  • Managing and optimizing existing and new framework agreements and contracts.
  • Participate in tender processes and collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and procurement.
  • Managing and monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Advising on make-or-buy decisions and proposing improvements in contract management and maintenance.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on contract and supplier performance and acting as the point of contact for the region.
