Description
As a Mechanical Operator A, you work at a state-of-the-art mapboard manufacturer and are responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale production lines.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO education, preferably level 3, in (process) technology or mechanical engineering, or in possession of an Operator A/B diploma.
- Relevant experience as an all-round operator in a production or process environment is a plus; enthusiastic technicians with an affinity for mechanics are also invited to apply.
- Willingness to grow and pursue additional training and courses.
- Accurate and solution-oriented work attitude, with good social skills and the ability to work in a team.
Tasks
- Controlling mechanical installations and closely monitoring the process flow, making adjustments to prevent deviations.
- Independently perform mechanical checks, lubricate parts, and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Respond immediately to mechanical or process-technical malfunctions, analyze the problem, and resolve it in consultation with the Technical Department.
- Performing regular quality measurements on the mapboard and carefully recording production data.
- Changing over production lines and correctly setting parameters during product changes.
- Enforcing safety and environmental regulations and ensuring a clean, organized workplace (5S).
