Quality Safety Environment Manager
Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager responsible for developing and ensuring the QHSE policy. Leads audits, analyzes Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), and manages improvement projects for safety and product quality. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science and experience in the process industry.
Description
The position offers the opportunity to further develop local QHSE policy and lead direct improvement projects that impact safety and quality. The role includes responsibilities regarding permits and the operation of installations within applicable frameworks.
Job requirements
- HBO program in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, or Environmental Science.
- Relevant work experience within the process industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and FSSC 22000.
- Experience with Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E), incident analysis, and setting up preventive measures.
- Communicative, analytical, decisive, and pragmatic.
- Experience managing a small multidisciplinary team.
Tasks
- Developing and securing the QHSE policy within the location.
- Managing the QHSE department and coaching employees to achieve quality and safety objectives.
- Developing and implementing local QHSE policies and management systems and ensuring compliance.
- Preparing and conducting audits and coordinating complaint and improvement point procedures.
- Analyzing RI&E and incident reports and initiating structural improvements for safety and health.
