Description
As a Civil Estimator, you are a crucial link within tenders and construction teams for infrastructure projects. You provide cost estimates and contribute to technical and sustainable execution methods, in close collaboration with project teams, clients, and partners.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education in a technical field.
- At least three years of experience as a cost estimator or cost expert.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and civil engineering works.
- Affinity with sustainable and emission-free working.
- Accurate, proactive, and enjoy collaborating in construction teams.
Tasks
- Preparing accurate, realistic cost calculations for tenders.
- Contributing ideas regarding technical and sustainable implementation methods.
- Collaborating with project teams, clients, and partners to realize winning proposals.
- Seeking the right balance between quality, costs, planning, and sustainability.
