As an HVAC Project Coordinator, you are the linchpin between technical aspects, organization, and execution. You ensure that HVAC projects run flawlessly from planning to completion, while monitoring quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.

• Several years of experience in a similar position within the utilities sector.

This is what you will do:

• Ensuring optimal technical and organizational preparation and supervision of building-related HVAC projects.
• Execution of works from request to completion, with guarantee of costs and quality.
• Making estimates of required materials and hours and requesting quotations from suppliers and third parties.
• Meticulously handle the complete work preparation and act as a point of contact for the customer, supplier, and colleague.
• Ensuring the timely availability of materials and collaborating with subcontractors by outsourcing activities and materials.
• Calculating additional and reduced work and incorporating this data into a draft offer.
• Working on diverse projects, ranging from a few hundred thousand to millions, encompassing both new construction and renovation.
• Meeting agreements, delivering quality, clear communication, and relieving the burden on involved parties.
• Independently manage your working time and priorities to perform tasks efficiently.
