Description

Job requirements

  • Roller Operator: demonstrable experience as a roller operator (preferably in asphalt), VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one), driving licence B; Certificate for Working Safely Along the Road and an operator's diploma are a plus; flexible and safety-conscious.
  • Landscaper: experience in garden design and maintenance; independent and a team player; B driving license desirable.
  • Foreman Roofer: minimum 5 years of experience as a roofer, experience with bitumen, EPDM or PVC, VCA (or willingness to obtain), technical insight, no fear of heights, ability to work independently and under supervision, driving license B(E).
  • Shovel Operator: demonstrable experience with shovels and heavy equipment, in possession of VCA, independent, practical, and physically fit for working on construction sites.
  • Crane operator: demonstrable experience as a (mobile) crane operator, VCA, independent and safety-conscious, physical fitness for work on construction sites.
  • All-round agricultural contractor: completed MBO education level 3 or equivalent, T driving licence (CE is a plus), experience in agricultural contracting or earthmoving, practical attitude and willingness to work flexibly.
  • Head of Equipment Department: completed technical MBO or HBO (mechanical engineering/machine technology is a plus), minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a technical or logistics environment, knowledge of equipment management and maintenance planning, affinity with sustainability and electronics, strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Mechanic: completed MBO technical education, experience with hydraulics, diesel technology, and electronics, knowledge of welding and construction work, independent and solution-oriented; CE driving license is a plus.

Tasks

  • Roller Operator: operating various types of rollers (vibratory roller, tandem roller, rubber-tire roller), compacting sand, rubble, and asphalt layers according to project instructions, working within an asphalt crew, identifying irregularities and communicating with the site manager or colleagues, daily maintenance and checks on the machine.
  • Landscaper: landscaping, paving, and planting; maintenance work such as pruning, mowing, and weed control; contributing ideas to projects; working both independently and in a small team.
