Internship in sustainability risk management where you contribute to projects related to nature and climate risks, manage data, and support multidisciplinary projects.
Job requirements
- Master's program in the field of sustainability, for example natural sciences, environmental economics, or social sciences.
- Previous relevant internship or volunteer experience, for example in the field of corporate responsibility, at an NGO, or in the public sector.
- Experience in a diverse and international environment.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong data, AI, and quantitative skills; experience with modern analytical approaches beyond traditional Excel workflows.
- Project management experience.
- Strong team player, pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude, clear communication, and a can-do mentality.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Tasks
- Contribute to projects on nature and climate risks, with an emphasis on project work and documentation of processes.
- Performing core team activities, including managing data on sustainability risks.
- Supporting or coordinating multidisciplinary projects that affect different parts of the group.
Working conditions
- 6-month internship, starting on October 1st.

Description of the organization
The Sustainability Risk Management team integrates environmental, social, and governance risk issues into business operations. The team scans future risks and developments, assesses their impact, and supports forward-looking decision-making. Additionally, the team coordinates and oversees the ESG Risk Framework and selectively represents the sustainability risk efforts externally.
The team consists of approximately ten people with diverse backgrounds, including environmental science, engineering, legal, and human geography. They collaborate daily with colleagues in various parts of the organization, creating an interdisciplinary and diverse working environment. There is a focus on inclusion, and people returning to the labor market after a career move are encouraged to apply.
