Description

Environmental Manager working in the planning phase of area development projects in Groningen and Drenthe. We are seeking an experienced environmental manager/(sub)project leader who forms the connecting link between policy, implementation, and the environment. You will be part of the Area Development Staff group and collaborate with colleagues within environmental management, technical management, project leadership, and consultancy.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrable experience with area development and participation processes.
  • Experience in rural areas is a strong advantage.

Tasks

  • Directing area development processes within one or more sub-areas.

  • Coordinating with landowners, farmers, nature organizations, municipalities, provinces, water boards, and other involved parties.
