Description

As a Homeowners' Association Sustainability Advisor, you support Homeowners' Associations in planning and implementing sustainability measures in existing homes. You ensure that ideas are not left unrealized and guide Homeowners' Associations through the process towards implementation. You act as a point of contact and bring parties together to facilitate decision-making.

Job requirements

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level.
  • Demonstrable work experience in the field of energy transition or real estate.
  • At least three years of work experience in a project-based environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly and easily with various target groups; able to switch between informing, persuading, mediating, and inspiring.
  • Ability to connect people in a continuously changing playing field, even with divergent opinions.

Tasks

You are part of the Energy program, which has approximately 90 employees. Within that program, you work closely with project managers and policy officers involved in making neighborhoods and villages more sustainable. The program manager provides substantive direction; for organizational direction and personal development, one of the Energy team leaders is your point of contact.
