Analist beoordeelt subsidieaanvragen en verzorgt administratie en klantcontact. Vereist HBO-werk- en denkniveau en nauwkeurigheid. Werkt aan subsidieprocessen voor regionale duurzaamheidsprojecten.
Description
Je beoordeelt subsidieaanvragen en combineert daarbij analyse, administratieve verwerking en klantcontact. Je werkt in Groningen binnen het team Duurzaamheid aan subsidieprocessen die bijdragen aan de duurzame ontwikkeling van Noord-Nederland, en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen van administratieve processen.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience in an administrative, analytical, or customer-oriented role is a plus.
- Strong communication and numerical skills.
- Accurate and structured work attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Affinity with sustainability and the Northern Netherlands.
Tasks
- Analyzing, assessing, and processing grant applications.
- Checking data and ensuring correct administrative processing.
- Maintaining contact with applicants via telephone and email.
- Answering questions and helping to find suitable solutions.
- Working with various systems and maintaining records.
- Participate in information meetings in the region.
- Identifying areas for improvement within subsidy processes.
