Pavement Advisor
The position advises on paving and road management within the municipal outdoor space.
Main tasks: advising, planned maintenance, and drawing up management plans.
Required: completed HBO degree in Civil Engineering and experience with the management and maintenance cycle.

Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience with the management and maintenance cycle.
- Knowledge of or affinity with road management and paving.
- Networker, solution-oriented, and results-oriented work.
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required to take up employment.
Tasks
- Responsible for the maintenance of pavements, road markings, and signage, in collaboration with other managers and fellow consultants.
- Acting as the point of contact for road management and pavements, together with a direct colleague.
- Ensuring the systematic preparation and execution of management and maintenance activities.
- Providing internal and external advice on projects and plans.
- Preparing and developing management and maintenance plans.
- Building and maintaining a relevant network of relationships.

The Business Office team is responsible for long-term management and maintenance, scheduling activities, and translating policy objectives into concrete results.
