• Formulating and conducting practice-oriented research into societal impact and financial continuity.
• Developing a practical implementation plan that is immediately applicable within the organization.
• Investigating concrete questions, such as whether a 4-day work week is financially feasible; the effect of a tropical schedule on productivity, job satisfaction, absenteeism, and customer satisfaction; how sustainability becomes part of every employee's daily work; which societal investments also yield economic value in the long term; which KPIs make societal and financial performance visible; and what a future-proof construction company looks like in 2035.
