Installation technician Home renovation

Residential Renovation Installation Technician at Mensonides Installatie, working on a large renovation project in the province of Groningen (Ulrum and Winsum). You will work from the Drachten branch and collaborate with a building contractor on the modernization of many homes. The position requires broad applicability within installation technology and work in existing homes.

• Proven experience in installation technology.
• Completed technical secondary vocational education level 3 or equivalent.
• In possession of a VCA certificate.
• Driving License B.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Ability to work independently; proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Working neatly, clear communication, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Flexible, reliable and positive.

• Participate in the modernization of homes owned by a housing association in Ulrum and Winsum.
• Replacing and modifying bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.
• Collaborating with a construction contractor and executing according to the project schedule.
• Solving technical challenges and developing appropriate solutions for each situation.
• Providing clear and customer-oriented explanations to residents regarding the operation of installations.
• Commissioning and adjusting installations so that everything functions properly.
• Performing minor electrical work where necessary, for example rerouting cables.
• Maintain contact with residents and resolve problems on site.
