Description
As an electrician, you are responsible for the successful installation of solar power systems. You handle the placement of the inverter, the cabling, and work in the meter cabinet, and collaborate with roofing specialists who install the solar panels on the roof.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO level 2 or a comparable diploma with work experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience working on solar panels is preferred; motivated and eager-to-learn starters are also invited to apply.
- Customer-friendly, collegial, and enthusiastic.
- No fear of heights.
- VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Available immediately.
Tasks
- Installing solar power systems.
- Installing inverters.
- Laying and finishing the cable route.
- Performing work in the meter cupboard.
- Responsible for one or more installations per day.
- Working according to a neat, careful method so that the customer is satisfied.
- Precisely conceal cables for a neat finish.
- Load the van with materials for the next day and wrap up together at the warehouse.
- Occasionally assisting colleagues on the roof.
