Description

You determine the technical direction of a complex process plant and lead a team of 8 to 10 technical colleagues. You work during the day shift and are responsible for the technical reliability, safety, and availability of the plant.

Job requirements

  • Completed higher professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Technology, or a similar technical field.
  • At least five years of experience in a managerial technical position within the process industry.
  • Experience with maintenance management, asset management, and complex technical installations.
  • Coaching leadership style and the ability to independently set priorities and make decisions.
  • Experience in sustainable energy, waste processing, the chemical industry, or the food industry is a plus.

Tasks

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the technical team, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Drafting, executing, and monitoring the multi-year maintenance plan, the maintenance budget, and the maintenance strategy.
  • Coordinating and managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including maintenance work and overhaul stops.
  • Analyzing malfunctions, monitoring critical installations and process automation, and implementing structural technical improvements.
  • Managing maintenance contracts, suppliers, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations such as ATEX and LOTOTO.
  • Monitoring and further developing the technical reliability, availability, and future-proofing of the entire installation.

Working conditions

  • Day shift.
  • 25 days of vacation per year.
  • Travel allowance of €0,25 per kilometer.
