• Completed MBO education and a strong affinity for mechanical engineering.
• Valid forklift certificate and extensive experience within a production environment.
• Eager to learn and proactive, with the ambition to progress to mechanical operator.
• Good communication skills to work well in a team.
• Conscious choice for the rhythm and shift allowance of a 2-shift system.

• Supply raw materials with the forklift in a timely manner to prevent machine downtime.
• Transport recycled finished products to the warehouse and store them correctly.
• Operators assist with setting up and operating the installations.
• Perform strict quality controls on the processed plastic material.
• Identify and report deviations in the logistical or technical process.
• Keep the work environment and storage locations organized, tidy, and safe.
• Proactively contributing ideas for optimizing internal goods flows.
