Description
Senior Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde die een centrale rol vervult in complexe verduurzamingsprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectcyclus van werktuigbouwkundige installaties, van ontwerp tot oplevering, en vertaalt duurzaamheidsambities naar technisch haalbare oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met adviseurs, installateurs en opdrachtgevers en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders.
Job requirements
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek.
- At least three to five years of experience as a project manager in the installation industry.
- Knowledge of modern installation techniques such as heat pumps, geothermal energy, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with sustainability projects is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; proactief en resultaatgericht, met goed overzicht bij drukte.
Tasks
- Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from design to delivery.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and external parties.
- Monitoring planning, budget, and quality throughout the entire project.
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Drafting project plans, risk analyses, and progress reports.
- Testing designs and technical specifications for feasibility and quality.
- Toezicht houden op de uitvoering en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
- Supervising the commissioning and delivery of installations.
