Technician E&I

You work independently and remotely from home within the Groningen area. The position focuses on maintaining and improving the gas transport network and offers opportunities for specialist development. You work in a close-knit team, combining fieldwork with collaboration within a professional and committed team. This is a mobile role where your base is your place of residence and the work area is managed from the regional office.

• Technical diploma at MBO-4 level, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Work experience as an electrical engineer in a professional maintenance organization.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Valid VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it in the short term.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to be on the road frequently.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts for breakdowns (on average once every 4 weeks).
• Residing in the Groningen work area or willing to relocate there.
• Personal qualities: ability to work well independently, collaborate when necessary, result- and safety-oriented, clear communication, accurate and procedure-oriented work.

• Operating and performing (preventive) maintenance on electronic equipment and instrumentation, including data transmission systems.
• Testing and commissioning of new systems and equipment and troubleshooting.
• Performing work on accounting measuring equipment.
• Ensuring that the technical administration is timely and in order.
• On-call duty for breakdowns (on average one week every four weeks, 24/7).
• Participate in project teams (commissioning) for testing delivered projects.
• After the induction and training program, act as an authorized inspector for explosion safety (ATEX), as a qualified person for Low Voltage Electrical Operations (NEN 3140), and as a Certified Inspector for flow measurements.

• On-call duty allowance of 7,5% on the gross monthly salary from the moment you start working shadow shifts.
• Compensation of €9,50 for each full day in the field.
• Fixed monthly net allowance of €163,45 when you work in the field four days or more per week.
