Demolition & Environment Project Manager

As Demolition and Environment Project Manager at Bork, you oversee demolition and environmental projects from preparation to completion. You act as the link between the client, the execution team, and colleagues, and monitor planning, budget, and safety. Location: Stuifzand (near Hoogeveen).

• MBO or HBO level.
• You are a committed, proactive project manager or want to develop that role.
• Affinity with demolition and environmental engineering (e.g. asbestos, chromium-6, soil remediation) or willingness to further develop this.
• Skills: connecting and motivating people, maintaining an overview under pressure, acting in a solution-oriented and proactive manner.
• Driving License B.

• Leading demolition and environmental projects from A to Z.
• Motivating and managing the team in the workplace.
• Monitoring planning, budget, and safety throughout the project.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients.
• Identifying market opportunities and contributing to growth.
• Actively contribute ideas regarding innovation and circularity within projects.
• Examples of activities: supervising the demolition of buildings and consulting with municipalities regarding circular reuse.
