Role as Work Planner: overseeing projects from start to finish, primarily from the office, with regular visits to the construction site and mentoring colleagues.
Job requirements
- MBO education (work preparation or similar).
- A sense of sustainability and a willingness to invest in knowledge about energy-efficient and energy-neutral building.
- Willing to work in a team.
- Carpenter Level 2 or equivalent professional competence.
- Candidates with education but less experience are also invited to apply.
Tasks
- Preparing calculations and work planning.
- Work preparation and project supervision from start to finish.
- Daily work is largely at the office; the workday starts at 08:00.
- Regular construction site visits to closely supervise projects and monitor progress.
- Guiding and supporting colleagues on the construction site and in the office.

The organization carries out various new construction and renovation projects, specializing in energy-efficient and energy-neutral building. All homes are constructed using the timber frame concept. The company collaborates as much as possible with other construction companies focused on sustainability and energy management. The service area is primarily within a radius of approximately 25 km around Nijensleek.
