Description
What are you going to do?
As E&I Work Planner You are the indispensable link between engineering and the field service team. The success of all our work depends on a sound budget, tight planning, and clear administration. You work on industrial maintenance and new construction projects from our office in Groningen or at a project location in the northeast.
Your daily activities are:
- Translating customer requests into cost calculations and project plans;
- Consulting with your colleagues from other departments, with customers and suppliers;
- Obtaining and scheduling the necessary materials;
- Mapping risks and potential deviations;
- Monitoring costs within your budget responsibility;
- Managing suppliers and subcontractors.
What are you bringing?
You have knowledge of materials and execution work on utility or industrial projects. You possess technical insight, organisational talent, and have an overview of all aspects of the project. You also communicate easily with the execution team, engineering, project manager, client, and supplier.
In addition, we ask:
- You have completed an education in electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, or similar;
- You have work experience as a technical administrative assistant or technician in the field of electrical engineering and/or measurement and control technology;
- You have a sense of responsibility and are self-assured.

- A gross monthly salary between €3.400 and €6.000 based on 40 hours per week. The exact salary will be determined based on the knowledge and experience you bring;
