To further the energy transition in the northern energy region, we need skilled professionals and energy professionals, but the tight labor market is making it more difficult to attract these people. With the New Energy Career Event, organized by the New Energy Academy, we hope to help by connecting sustainable organizations in the energy sector in the region with motivated students and young professionals.
