As a mechanical installation engineer, you install piping systems for gas, heating, ventilation, drinking water, or sewage systems. You maintain, repair, and configure these systems. You'll also increasingly encounter new technologies like heat pumps and solar water heaters in your work.
First electrical installation engineer in the built environment
You'll learn to assemble and commission components of electronic systems. You'll also learn to disassemble existing systems step by step. Troubleshooting is part of your training. You'll also learn how to manage technicians and assign tasks. So, you'll be constantly repairing, modifying, disassembling, and renovating. By the end of the training, you'll be a true professional.
All-round operational technician
A versatile operational technician manages, inspects, and maintains technically complex machines and installations, such as wind turbines, water treatment plants, and power plants. You are responsible for ensuring that these machines and installations continue to function optimally and that production processes can continue.
