Form of the training (program)
In the first year, you'll be introduced to the program's interdisciplinary curriculum and specializations. You'll take core courses in Economics, Political Science, Psychology, Earth & Energy, Global Health, and Information Technology. You'll also work in the Skills Lab, where you'll lay the foundation for academic communication, research methodology, intercultural communication, and collaboration.
In the second year you will follow courses within one of the three majors:
- Politics, Philosophy and Economics
- Ecology, Energy and Climate
- Psychology and Global Health
You will also complete a research internship at one of our regional or international partners.
The third year of GRL consists of three parts:
- Major (specialization)
- Minor (specialization)
- Final project

This future-oriented bachelor's degree is based on the Liberal Arts & Sciences philosophy, giving you the freedom to choose from many different subjects. At this University College you study in a small-scale setting, where you have a lot of personal contact with teachers and fellow students.
