Content of the training

Influenced by the liberalization of the gas and electricity markets and the energy transition resulting from climate change, the energy sector is constantly changing. The need to replace fossil fuels with sustainable fuels and the associated emergence of new energy markets and market participants, such as those for heat and hydrogen, has (legal) implications for various legal areas, such as environmental law, contract law, and public procurement law, and is leading to new (international and national) legislation and regulations, such as the Energy Act.
