In complex situations like the energy transition, plans and strategies often encounter unexpected factors, such as the interests and emotions of stakeholders. In this course, you'll learn to recognize these underlying patterns using the 6P method and incorporate them into your strategy, increasing the likelihood of success. You'll learn to identify and influence interests and human needs, use the PESTEL framework to analyze issues in a broader context, and work with your own practical case. This will give you insight into how your choices and responses influence the success of a strategy.
Form of the training (program)
The course consists of five half-day sessions that alternate between theory, practical assignments, and personal coaching. You'll work on your own issues both individually and in small groups, guided by guest lecturers who share their experience in the business world and government. The design ensures you can immediately apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.

This course is designed for professionals at municipalities, provinces, and semi-governmental organizations who develop energy strategies in the built environment. It offers a more in-depth experience for participants who have previously completed the Introduction to Energy Transition course. This course will equip you with practical tools to successfully address complex, multidisciplinary issues and strengthen your professional skills.
