Description
Junior Road Management Advisor within a team that supports municipalities and other government bodies in the management of public space. You will contribute to asset management, management-aware design, and themes such as greening, climate adaptation, and circularity. The position offers room to learn and to gradually take on parts of projects more independently.
Job requirements
- Completed higher vocational or university education.
- Drive to develop yourself, proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
- Affinity with management systems and GIS.
- Knowledge of and experience with digitalization and AI.

Tasks
- Participate in various projects and learn how the management of public space is organized.
- Supporting clients in drafting and updating policies.
- Translating management tasks into plans and budgets.
- Preparing and supervising road inspections.
- Analyzing information and translating it into advice for municipalities and other administrators.
- Delve into asset management, management processes, and organizational structures (depending on interest).
- Collaborating with experienced advisors and maintaining client contact, with attention to various interests.
- Building independence under guidance and carrying out independent project components.
