Description
For our client, a leading player in the biogas and renewable energy industry, you will work from the office in Friesland on innovative biogas solutions and travel worldwide to commission and optimize installations. You will work in small teams with short lines of communication and have direct customer contact. In this role, you will have a great deal of freedom to independently solve complex problems methodically and analytically.
Job requirements
- Completed technical higher professional or intermediate vocational education (MBO+) in Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Knowledge of NEN 3140, the Machinery Directive and PED is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Independent and solution-oriented, with broad technical knowledge and an affinity for environmental technology and sustainable energy.
Tasks
- Commissioning of biogas installations and performing functional tests.
- Analyzing technical malfunctions and resolving problems on location.
- Reporting findings and advising on improvements in the design and operation of installations.
- Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers to answer technical questions and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO procedures.
- Support the development of service contracts and advise on preventive maintenance.
Working conditions
- 8,33% holiday pay.
- Travel allowance of €0,23 net per km for commuting.
- Minimum of 25 days of vacation.
