Maintenance Technician for maintenance and fault analysis of PV installations and transformers. Requires MBO-4, minimum 2 years of experience, and NEN 3140/NEN 3840 certification. Works for GroenLeven on solar parks, solar roofs, and battery systems.

Lead Mechanical/HVAC Technician responsible for managing and executing mechanical installations. Required: MBO-3 Mechanical Engineering, VCA Basic, and driving license B(E). Works nationwide on utility projects with a focus on sustainability.

Energy transition advisor for the built environment who guides sustainability projects. Responsible for energy advice, simulations, and project management through to execution. Requires Bachelor's degree level, 3–5 years of experience, and EP-U/B or EP Advisor certification.

Permits Advisor who advises on and guides permit processes from strategy to submission. Requires a higher professional or university education and experience with (environmental) permit processes. Works on projects in the Energy Transition, such as solar energy and geothermal energy.

Requires a PhD in Environmental Psychology or related field and strong quantitative methods experience.

Solar panel service technician who maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots solar parks and solar roofs on location. Requirements: MBO-4 (preferably electrical engineering), at least two years of technical experience, and VCA or willingness to obtain it. You will work with a company van at various locations and perform measurements and repairs independently.

Energy Transition Policy Officer, working on sustainable energy projects in the Drenthe region. Tasks: developing policy for solar and wind energy and guiding spatial integration and acceptance. Required: HBO/WO working and thinking level, knowledge of renewable energy, and 0–3 years of municipal experience.

Experienced consultant for energy and sustainability issues, responsible for client support and advisory processes from analysis to advice. Advises on heating and cooling systems, electrification, sustainable heat, and integrated energy system design. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience; the position is part of the Sustainability team in Groningen.

Permits Advisor who coordinates and oversees permitting processes for sustainable energy projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Science, Political Science, or Law is required. Work at a national consultancy firm in the Energy Transition.

Composting Process Technologist responsible for improving the biological production process and process installations at the compost and green gas site. Tasks: process optimization, supporting operations, projects from concept to start-up and commissioning. Required: HBO/WO degree, knowledge of fault analysis/RCA, and proficiency in Dutch and English.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of solar parks and PV installations. Requires MBO-4, NEN 3140/3840 and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Direct employment with GroenLeven, working in the central-northern Netherlands region.

Sustainable Project Manager responsible for the preparation and management of solar panels, charging stations, and battery systems. Requirements: MBO/HBO education and experience as a project manager, planner, or work preparer. Works in a growing family business specializing in installation technology and sustainable solutions.

Volunteer supporting residents in making their homes more sustainable. Main tasks: conducting advisory consultations, office hours, and thermal scans. Required: interest in sustainability, good communication skills, and availability for office hours and home visits.

As Operations Manager, you manage the EPA department and monitor planning and quality. You have at least three years of leadership experience and experience with remote teams. You work from Leeuwarden within a team that makes buildings sustainable.

Administrative assistant responsible for processing purchase and sales invoices and accounts receivable management. Handles equipment invoicing and administrative formalities for international projects. Requires MBO level or two years of experience, good Office skills, and a B driver's license; you will work in a close-knit team.
