Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you work on projects for various clients within the Netherlands, in sectors such as energy, industry, life sciences, and infrastructure. Wherever you go, you bring structure, improvement, and direction, and connect strategy with execution.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, of which several years in a managerial or project-based role.
- Experience with LEAN, S&OP, and change processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect.
Tasks
- Leading end-to-end supply chain projects within industry, energy, or life sciences.
- Translating business objectives into logistical improvements and process innovations.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and optimize collaboration between purchasing, production, planning, and logistics.
- Initiate improvement processes in the areas of costs, CO2 reduction, and digitalization.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Board and Operations.
